Alex

Description:  Alex is my real-life husband, and therefore the main love interest of Beth. For a while I was worried that EA might want him too, but we resolved that issue (I tend to think of my comic characters as having their own personalities, and they react sometimes when I change my style or if they don't like the storyline).

The Alex character doesn't do or say anything that the real Alex wouldn't, and I can double-check this by running my storyboards by him before I draw. He's my best critic and fan, and he taught me how to use flash (it's his program, but he lets me use it since we're married). So the animated Beth Comics would not even exist without this sweet, sensitive, wonderful man.
